What is your refund policy?

At Hill's Native Art we want you to feel 100% confident when purchasing from our online gallery. That is why we offer a 30-day no-hassle return policy. Here's how it works:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply call us at 1-866-685-5422 or contact us and explain that you wish to return the item you bought. You will be given a 100% refund for the purchase amount excluding any shipping fees.

Your refund will be processed on the same account you originally purchased from, ie. if you paid with a Visa card, that Visa card will be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Important: You must contact us prior to returning a product. A refund cannot be authorised without speaking with one of our customer service representatives.

What is your cancellation policy?
You are free to cancel any order within 24 hours and receive a full refund including any shipping charges made at that time. Please call us at 1-866-685-5422 or use our online contact us form and explain that you wish to cancel your order.
Do you provide value assessments on artwork that I already own?
Although Hill's is not in a position to offer value assessments on artwork, you may contact the Alliance for Arts and Culture at www.allianceforarts.com for more sources.
Is there more selection available?
Yes, we have an extensive collection of artwork featuring both emerging and internationally renowned artists. We currently feature over 1200 artists at any given time and our in-store inventory is continually refreshed on a daily basis.
When I place an order, can I call you with my credit card number?

Are special orders available?
We can place custom orders on specific jewelry items, and there are other items that may be available for special order. Just contact us with your request or call 1-866-685-5422.
Do you purchase artwork from your customers?
All artwork at Hill's is purchased directly from the artists.
Do you sell art wholesale?
Hill's purchases artwork directly from each individual artist and wholesale is not considered a part of our business.
Where can you ship your product and how long does it take?
Hill's offers worldwide shipping for a fee (based on weight and destination). Usually shipments can take between 2 to 6 weeks, again depending on the final destination.
Is there a reason why you do not sell framed pictures via the internet?
We sell framed art in our stores; however, we prefer not to ship glass since shipping companies will not guarantee the glass arriving in good condition.
Do you purchase items from artists over the internet?
The owner of Hill's only purchases from artists in person and asks that artists visit us at 165 Water Street - Gastown, Vancouver, British Columbia.
